How we’re playing
Deal nine cards face down to each player in a 3×3 grid. Two decks for 3–4 players; three decks for 5–6. The player left of the dealer goes first. Draw from the stack to replace any card, discarding the card you replaced. Or discard the drawn card to end your turn without changing your nine cards. You can also discard and flip one hidden card. You may take the top discard to replace any card, face up or face down; discard the card you replaced.
Three of the same rank from top to bottom cancel positive points in that column, while negative aces and jokers still count. Aces score −1, kings 0, jokers −2, numbered cards face value, and jacks and queens 10. Turn over all nine cards to go out; the hand ends immediately. Lowest total after nine hands wins. Tied totals share the win.
